We offer 3 types of package: Pay As You Go, On-Demand and Projects. 
OnDemand is our most popular package. It suits organisations looking for regular and proactive HR support. It’s the bridge before hiring your own in-house HR person and is more proactive, so offers better value.  

Pay As You Go   Suitable for organisations that need occasional support.  We make sure we meet with you in person to know your business before tailoring our support to be the most effective.  Our highly qualified and experienced HR team can support you with:  Reviewing your contracts, policies, and handbook to ensure they are compliant  Workshops for managers to embed your policies in how you work day to day   Hands-on employee relations support to resolve tricky issues   Employment Tribunal preparation (pre-legal) work   Addressing and dealing with performance and capability problems  Supporting new people managers with training and coaching  Restructures and redundancies  Reviewing recruitment and supporting with additional resource to run a campaign  Support and guidance on salary, pay and reward  We track all time and tasks daily, and an update is available at any time, so you stay in control.  PAYG is charged from £95 per hour and based on a pre-agreed estimate 

On-Demand   On-Demand is more personalised, and offers peace of mind of a regular HR Partner, bespoke contracts and policies, and who works with you in person.  Unlimited Calls and Email Support Support for all employee matters via telephone and email for all policy queries (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm).  Dedicated Local HR Partner Proactive on site and face to face time with a dedicated HR Partner every month. Your HR Partner in turn will be backed by a team of experienced colleagues and specialists.  HR Administration We will manage all your HR administration in relation to recruitment, new hires, probation, absence, performance management and leavers.  Annual HR Audit Every 12 months we review your HR documentation and practices and ensure they are legally compliant, and provide you with the HR Growth Audit Certificate (Level 1).  Support for your Managers  Quarterly breakfast training sessions for managers included in your package.  Legal Updates 6 easy to read Employment Law Updates per year  Quarterly Reviews We meet with you on a quarterly basis or as required to align our work with your business plan.   Optional: Breathe HR Software  Manage your people, not paper! Breathe is an award-winning HR platform, where all data is kept electronically, with easy access for you and your employees.  Optional: Employment Tribunal Insurance  For added peace of mind, take advantage of our optional employment tribunal insurance to navigate any unforeseen challenges confidently.  12-month subscription Minimum of 4 hours per month 

Projects  Our HR Projects service is a solution to tackle the times when you need a more tailored approach or for times of change.   Director-Led, our HR Projects tend to run from 3-18 months. We work with CEOs. MDs, and SLTs/SMTs, and in-house HR colleagues doing a deep dive into what is happening and driving a plan to create positive change.   We often pull-on expertise from across the Humber HR People team, including recruitment specialists, employee relations experts, and our skilled HR support team to facilitate work and keep momentum.   Projects can include:  Reviewing key people metrics such as employee retention, sickness/absence, and engagement scores - and gain clarity on specific proactive HR measures to boost organisational performance  Support and coach managers in people and performance, including new first-time and accidental managers  Support required organisational changes such as restructures and redundancies or consultations  Review recruitment activity, including process, systems, and training  Support with developing your people, including learning and development and apprenticeship programmes  Mentoring your in-house HR team to increase confidence and capability; reviewing, recommending, and supporting in hiring HR People when required.  Work with our key partners to introduce engagement initiatives, employee benefit programmes, and leadership development if they will add value. Attending board meetings as a critical friend/HR Director   HR Projects are charged per day
