On-Demand is our most popular package. It suits organisations looking for regular and proactive HR support.  
It’s the bridge between remote "call centre" support and hiring someone in-house. On-Demand offers a whole HR team at your fingertips, from in-person advice to a helpdesk and all your compliance and HR admin taken care of. So you can get on with the day job.  
 
Our HR Essentials package is our starter package to set you up as a responsible employer and protect you from risk.  

On-Demand Your outsourced HR team for established and growing businesses   Regular fixed-price HR support from 4 hours per month.  All the benefits of a qualified, experienced, and confidential  HR team, without having to hire and manage someone in-house.    Your flexible contract includes:  Monthly HR meeting with your locally based key account manager who will get to know you, your managers, and your organisation and how you work  HR helpline and HR inbox: Advice, support, and guidance available on-demand for all day-to-day employee matters over phone, email or video call  Annual Growth HR audit and Fair Employer certificate  HR administration support: We draft letters and documents on your behalf for routine employee matters, such as starters, leavers, absence or performance  Employment contracts and handbook tailored for your organisation, to keep you compliant  Quarterly meetings with the board to keep our HR support on track with your business objectives   Employment law updates sent out regularly  Business breakfast refresher sessions: Two guaranteed places at these events (6 per year, see our events page here)  We track all time and tasks daily, and an update is available  at any time, so you stay in control.  12-month contract Starting from £380 per month + VAT 

HR Essentials Keeping you legal, supported and set-up for success for micro-businesses and start-ups  A pro-active, personal HR package with no-long term tie-in for new start-ups and micro businesses with less than  10 employees, to set you up as a responsible employer.   Your package includes:  A locally based, experienced HR advisor who will get to know you and your organisation in person  Set up of statutory contracts and policies that are bespoke for your business  Initial training on your responsibilities as an employer and what to look out for  Support to implement your new policies   Annual Growth HR audit and Fair Employer certificate (available at an additional cost)  Employment law updates sent out regularly  Business breakfast refresher sessions: when available we will offer you complimentary places at these events (6 per year, see our events page here)    We track all time and tasks daily, and an update is available at any time, so you stay in control.     One-off investment, invoiced monthly  starting at £950 + VAT 

On-Demand Optional Add-Ons    Breathe HR software. Self-service, secure, and gives you key data. Free demo available  Additional hours of specialist employee relations/pre-legal support for complex or tricky matters when needed  Flexible additional support on people projects on any other area of HR (such as restructure/redundanices, organisational strategy, succession planning, recruitment, retention, wellbeing or management training) as your organisation needs it  Recruitment support. Advice and guidance on where best to find candidates, and recruitment administration support including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and salary benchmaking  Psychometric profiling to support recruitment, onboarding, or team engagement  Culture handbooks to support onboarding and retention  Annual Growth HR audit and Good Employer certificate 

HR Essentials Optional Add-Ons   Upgrade to On-Demand: Our fully outsourced HR service including wrap-around support, advice and guidance, HR administration and Breathe HR software  Further face to face support available at our offices in East Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire, or onsite  Additional hours of specialist employee relations/pre-legal support for complex or tricky matters when needed  Flexible additional support on people projects on any other area of HR (such as organisational strategy or management training) as your organisation needs it  Recruitment support. Advice and guidance on where best to find candidates, and recruitment administration support including advertising and interviewing     

We also offer PAYG support and advice on a case-by-case basis for employee matters including pre-legal.
