HR Training Courses 2025
The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 came into effect on 26 October 2024, introducing legal responsibility on employers to address sexual harassment in the workplace.
It's crucial to take any complaints of harassment, bullying or discrimination seriously and investigate them promptly. Failing to handle complaints properly could lead to an employment tribunal, where your response will be closely examined. This training covers the topic with the sensitivity it requires and provides practical steps to tackle bullying and harassment effectively. It's important to be aware of these changes and take steps to protect both your team and your business.
We have developed 2 in-person workshops for SMEs to ensure you protect your employees, minimise risk, stay compliant and boost workplace morale:
Workshop 1: Sexual Harassment, Bullying and Harassment and what the law requires.
Who is it for? Business owners/HR/Key person
What will be covered? An understanding of the changes in the law and what is required from a top level in relation to preventative measures, policy, process, and an overview of how to manage complaints.
Next available date: Thursday 30th January 2025
Time: 9:30 – 12:30pm
