Starting October 26, 2024, new anti-bullying and harassment laws take effect, placing a legal responsibility on employers to address sexual harassment in the workplace. This includes protecting employees from harassment by third parties.  
 
It's important to be aware of these changes and take steps to protect both your team and your business.  
 
We have developed a new half-day course to help employers identify, prevent, and address this behaviour, with the goal of eliminating it from the workplace and reducing your organisation's risk.
