Kate has 21 years’ experience in hiring, executive search and consultancy, Kate has worked across the North of the UK with clients in the manufacturing, tech, engineering and service sectors, from start-ups to FTSE 250. 
 
Kate likes simple, effective strategies for people development and especially enjoys working with business owners and entrepreneurs. Her specialisms are Hiring and Recruitment Strategy. 
 
Kate has a Degree in English & Psychology, Fellow of Institute of Recruitment Practitioners (FIRP), and trained in work behaviour & psychometrics with Thomas International. 
 
Why do you work in the field of HR? 
Because I’ve seen first hand how great HR support can transform an organisation from good to great. Employees are always an organisations’ biggest cost – and potentially their biggest asset. I’m determined that we will boost Humber business through their people with positive, proactive, people-centred HR.

Kellie has 20 years’ experience in HR, in both the UK and US, including automotive, retail and leisure sectors. 
 
Kellie, is energetic, positive and passionate about people strategies delivered through HR Consultancy. Her specialisms are Employee Relations and Strategy. 
 
She is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) and trained in work behaviours with Thomas International. 
 
Why do you work in the field of HR?

Alison Lambert MCIPD Associate HR Consultant 

Alison has 20 years’ experience in the field of HR and has worked with companies in UK, Internationally and Offshore in the modular, pharma, energy and tech sectors. 
 
Alison is a positive HR professional with a passion for tech! Her specialisms are Learning & Development and Talent Development. 
 
Alison is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and SHL trained. 
 
Why do you work in the field of HR? 
Because I love seeing people learn and grow throughout their career. Providing the tools and seeing an individuals end to end career journey is really rewarding to me. Gina Fleming MCIPD  Associate HR Consultant 

Gina has 15 years experience as a HR professional in both the UK and US, including in the areas of hospitality, travel, marine and retail sectors. 
 
Gina enjoys supporting people strategies to strengthen engagement and wellbeing and her specialisms are Employee Relations, Talent Management and Coaching. 
 
She holds a BA Hons HR Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD

Sarah has over 30 years’ experience in marketing, communications, design and senior office administration roles working in a variety of sectors including, new build, oil and gas, chemical and renewables. 
 
She has extensive experience in creating and raising brand awareness both internally and externally, developing and producing social media campaigns and designing and coordinating corporate exhibitions and events. 
 
Sarah is a dedicated and creative individual who is passionate about people’s wellbeing.
