Why do you work in HR?
"HR" does not sit outside your organisation, it is at the heart of everything you do from the moment you engage your first employee. Our team collaborated and designed our Growth HR Model on the premise of this, we know that people are key to business success. How you manage, nurture and develop the employer/employee relationship will directly impact what your business can accomplish.

Why do you work in HR?
Because I am fascinated by human behaviour and 'why' people act in the way that they do, particularly in the work environment.
