About Us 
 
Bishop Burton is a land-based college located around 10 miles from Hull in East Yorkshire. They have more than 4000 students and 550 staff. The campus has its own farm and animals to allow the students to gain practical skills and offers residential accommodation. 
 
The Project and What We Did 
 
Bishop Burton wanted to review their reward and recognition programme with staff and benchmark its competitiveness against that of local companies. To do this, they wanted to bring in an independent third party to conduct focus groups. It was important to them that this company had their finger on the local pulse. They connected with us as we specialise in serving employers in the area and were able to draw upon their local knowledge.
