We will conduct a full review of your organisational people structure and practices and ensure that you have Induction, Culture Handbook, Engagement & Wellbeing, Reward & Recognition, Performance Management & Development, Talent and Recruitment Strategies in place to improve and support sustainability and talent growth within your business.
Management Development & Coaching
The most important stage - to ensure that your management team are educated in all of the new ways of working, support the launch of new strategies, and provide 121 support for managers to execute the ‘new’, supporting them to become confident and capable at giving valuable/engaging feedback to employees. Our support can continue, or drop to a lower level once the program is complete.
In addition, urgent and everyday employee relations advice/guidance/coaching on absence management, disciplinaries and grievances will be provided throughout Steps 1-4.
Our HR Platform can be added on to all levels of our HR Support. 30 days cancellation – no long contracts unless it suits you.
One-Off HR Advice
Don't have an ongoing need, and it's not urgent, but got a niggling HR concern but you haven't got round to sorting?
