Humber HR People scoop national award for impressive growth

We are delighted to announce that Humber HR People has won the award for the top independent HR consultancy in the High Growth category at the 2022 HRi Awards.
We beat stiff competition in the national awards, which celebrate the work of human resources organisations of all sizes.
On collecting the award, Managing Partner, Kate van der Sluis said: “This is such wonderful recognition for the hard work the team has put into building the business over the last three years. We have more than doubled our turnover year on year and have exciting plans to continue to grow.
“When I set up the business in 2019, I was determined to offer the businesses across East Yorkshire and the Humber a different type of HR company to what already existed. We pride ourselves on being commercially focused, positive, and proactive, which means we can help our clients achieve their goals and introduce them to new and better ways of doing things.
“I would like to recognise the role of my fellow directors and all the staff but also our fabulous clients who have put their faith in us over the past three years.”
HRi is the UK body for independent HR and People Professionals. They are a membership organisation setting and driving standards and providing support, development and a voice for external HR consultancy businesses.
Its mission is to promote independent HR and People Professionals within the UK and lobby for change to enable the remit, profile and growth of external HR services.
The organisation offers personal development and networking opportunities as well as hosting its hotly contended national awards.
