Humber HR People open a second office to meet demand for new style HR services.
Rapid growth has led us to open a second office in North Lincolnshire. Having already outgrown three offices within the Ergo Business Centre, Hessle we are now ready for a larger building of our own as we continue to grow and expand.

We are keeping an office at Aura Innovation Centre, on Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle as a meeting space and opening an additional larger office in the village of Kirmington.

The business was set up to work closely with local employers to change their perception of HR and over the past five years, we have worked with over one hundred local and regional businesses, and demand for our services continues to soar.

Recently we have trademarked our Growth HR model to help businesses identify how they measure as an employer.

Kate van der Sluis, Managing Partner commented: “We are going from strength to strength. We have seen phenomenal growth over the last five years, and I am delighted that we can now move to larger premises which will allow us to serve an even broader client base.

“Having worked in recruitment for many years, I was critically aware of what employees wanted from an employer and where most firms were going wrong. I decided to launch our brand of HR to show companies that effective HR is much more than just complying with employment law.

“I am pleased to say that our new model of HR is paying dividends for our clients, and our services are in more demand than ever.

“We have plans to grow further in the next few years, including offering apprenticeships. We are keen to help the next generation of HR professionals to build on our vision, and we welcome enquiries from people that share our passion for changing the face of HR.”
