Pay Monthly  Organisations going through a period of change, use this service. It's the bridge between PAYG and hiring your own in-house HR person.  Projects vary, we have worked with companies going through mergers or new ownership, or facing a period of significant growth due to new investment.  Our retained HR service means a dedicated HR resource will be on hand on a regular basis - whether that is once a month, or once a week. Typically, this work includes:  Reviewing contracts, policies, and handbooks Hands-on employee relations support Performance management advice and guidance Talent and succession planning Learning and development plans Review and improve key people metrics, such as engagement scores, employee retention and hiring Supporting new people managers Mentoring any in-house HR colleagues to increase confidence and capability Developing your HR and people strategy Supporting organisational changes such as restructures and redundancies Attending board meetings as a critical friend
