Phase 1. Online Training in HR and Recruitment for Managers
Each module runs twice during the 12-month program so managers can attend at a time that suits them and enhance their knowledge.
The starting point is our online training, covering seven key areas:

Sexual harassment and appropriate conduct at work
Absence management
Performance management, informal to formal
Critical HR Policy — continually updated to what is relevant
Interviewing for managers
Onboarding and probation
Phase 2. Onsite Support
Following each training session, we provide 1:1 support to audit, review, and update your existing people management frameworks.
This is where theory becomes practice. We work alongside you to:
Sense-check how things are currently done
Adapt frameworks to fit your culture and operations
Embed practical, consistent approaches
This ensures you are not left relying solely on policies.
