These “accidental managers” are expected to handle absence, performance, conflict and wellbeing, often without the confidence, language or legal grounding to do it well. Phase 1. Online Training in HR and Recruitment for Managers 
Each module runs twice during the 12-month program so managers can attend at a time that suits them and enhance their knowledge.  
The starting point is our online training, covering seven key areas:

Performance management, informal to formal

Phase 2. Onsite Support 
Following each training session, we provide 1:1 support to audit, review, and update your existing people management frameworks.
