Interviewing Skills for Managers 
 
In this workshop, we will cover pre-screening techniques, interview preparation, and how to acquire candidate information. We will also look at the after the interview process. 
 
Performance Management for Managers 
 
This workshop will focus on the tools available to manage staff to avoid painful disputes. To include a review of the different stages of the employee life cycle; how to manage probation; how to give informal feedback to keep performance on track; how to handle difficult conversations; how to approach capability; and how to manage formal disciplinaries and grievances.
