The Project:  
 
Following a resignation of a key member of the HR Team, Helen Marson contacted Kate van der Sluis to head up a search for a new HR Advisor, with the clock ticking on a 4 week notice period. A briefing meeting followed within 24 hours.  
 
Using her existing network, and quickly grasping the brief, Kate worked to identify the right candidates, holding initial interviews locally before presenting a shortlist to Helen within 7 working days. Interviews followed and Helen quickly made a decision from the 4 candidates she saw, offering the role on the 16th working day of the project to her ideal candidate.
