The Challenge 
Like many businesses presently, we have been struggling to find the right level of staff to help our business to grow. We were looking for someone who could run the finance engine of our business, someone who had finance experience, good attention for detail, a head for numbers, and could communicate well at all levels. 
What We Did 
Humber HR People helped us fine-tune our job description, helping us to attract the right people to the role. They managed the distribution of the role on Indeed, spoke with all candidates, pre-screened them over the phone, and then organized the interviews.
