Our business has grown rapidly, and we needed a very specific role filled. It was important that we recruited the right person for the role, both in terms of skills and fitting in with our team. With this being quite a different role to ones we had previously recruited and not wanting to make a mistake we reached out for some support.
What We Did
We worked alongside Rebecca Beaton Accountancy Services as their talent partner to understand their requirement for the role, we created a job description and advert to enable us to short list suitable candidates. We carried out in-depth pre-screening telephone interviews prior to 1st stage interview to ensure we had the right people for the role. When we found the right candidate, regular contact was made to ensure her onboarding was successful
