support throughout the recruitment process and includes:
HR Qualified Recruitment Coordinator: You'll have the support of an experienced HR professional who will manage the process but not take charge.
Efficient Process Management: We can review and update your own job description and person specification, or one from our library.
Job Description: We can review and update your own job description and person specification, or use one from our library.
Advertising: We handle the advertising on Indeed.com and manage your Indeed account, offering guidance with initial shortlisting.
Pre-Screening Interviews: Up to 6 telephone pre-screen interviews, with recommendations on the top 3 candidates for you to consider.
Support with Communications and Offers: We will assist in any communications, negotiations, and carry out basic checks such as right-to-work, background, and reference checks.
Fixed Cost: £1,995 per role

Plan: Based on your specific requirements, we will create a custom recruitment plan that aligns with your goals and timelines.
Execution: We manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and compliance checks.
Decision Support: After completing our screening process, we provide you with our top candidates, along with our recommendations to make the selection process easier.
Ongoing Support: Even after the hire, our team is available to answer any questions to support onboarding or creating the contracts and policies you need to set up your new employee for success.
