You'll receive assistance with advertising, shortlisting, and pre-screening, all managed by an experienced HR Qualified Recruitment Coordinator. ConsultHire is a comprehensive, end-to-end service where we take the lead. A senior Recruitment Specialist will manage everything from job review to candidate sourcing, interview landing, even psychometric assessments, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective recruitment process. |
SupportHire: Pure Support
HR Qualified Recruitment Coordinator: You'll have the support of an experienced HR professional who will manage the process but not take charge.
Efficient Process Management: We can review and update your own job description and person specification, or one from our library.
Job Description: We can review and update your own job description and person specification, or use one from our library.
Advertising: We handle the advertising on Indeed.com and manage your Indeed account, offering guidance with initial shortlisting.
Pre-Screening Interviews: Up to 6 telephone pre-screen interviews, with recommendations on the top 3 candidates for you to consider.
Support with Communications and Offers: We will assist in any communications, negotiations, and carry out basic checks such as right-to-work, background, and reference checks.
Fixed Cost: £1,995 per role.
ConsultHire: Comprehensive Recruitment Lead
Qualified Recruitment Specialist: A senior recruitment expert will take charge of the entire recruitment process.
In-depth Job Review: We perform a thorough review of your job description and person specification, ensuring compliance with the latest employment legislation.
End-to-End Recruitment Management: From advertising to shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and candidate sourcing, we manage the entire process, ensuring it's fully optimised for your needs.
Custom Recruitment Pack: We design a recruitment pack that includes a visually compelling advert with your company logo and branding, ideal for use on social media and other platforms.
In-Person Interviews and Psychometric Assessments: We offer the option of leading in-person interviews, and can integrate psychometric assessments to help with candidate selection and the onboarding process.
Complete Project Management: We take the lead in organising the entire recruitment project, so you can focus on other priorities while we do the legwork
