📞 Step 1: 1-hour Kick-off meeting with your dedicated HR Advisor 

Once you've decided to move forward with our support, our CIPD qualified senior HR professionals will work closely with you. Our kick-off meeting will be arranged either in person in our North Lincolnshire or Hessle offices, or over video call. We discuss your business, and what you already have in place, before deciding the best way forward. 

 

We will go away and draft contract of employment and policies that are unique to your business. We will provide these in draft format ready for you to review and approve. 

 

✅ Step 3: Final meeting to discuss, approve and implement 

A final meeting with your HR advisor who will talk you through your documentation, to ensure that you understand your employer responsibilities and next steps. We provide final drafts which are yours to keep, including master copies of contract of employment, and provide any advice and support you need to get everything in place. 

 

 

You then have the option to move to one of our cost-effective, ongoing HR subscription packages, to stay legal and covered.
