The help service gives you up to 30 minutes of free guidance per query, delivered by experienced HR professionals. This is limited to a reasonable number of queries per month from each member to ensure fairness.

How it works
Simple to access
Getting support is straightforward. Here’s what to expect when you reach out.
Email the help service at hmr@humberhrpeople.co.uk with a short outline of your query. Email is the first point of contact.
Please don’t send HR documents or identifying data at this stage.
We’ll follow up – A telephone conversation will be arranged to work through your query in more detail, with up to 30 minutes included at no charge.
Practical guidance – If the query can be resolved in that initial conversation, there’s no charge. For more complex matters, we’ll talk through your options with no obligation.
