Around a third of working adults worked from home at times during the pandemic. If your business is planning to transition people back to work from home or furlough, the return to work is a transition that may not be easy for some members of staff, whose concerns could affect their wellbeing and in turn, this could have an impact on how valued they are feeling in the workplace.
