At Humber HR People, we’re delighted to share some exciting news: we’ve been named as finalists in two prestigious awards this year.
"A" Team category, celebrating businesses who work brilliantly together.
Innovation category, recognising fresh approaches and forward thinking in the world of HR.
We are particularly proud of this one as it is for our Growth HR Model® which we worked hard to create after working with over 50 SMEs – it is a clear, visual and outcome-led framework for people and HR for small business.
Both awards will be announced in the autumn, with events in September and October that we’re really looking forward to.
Why awards matter to us
For us, awards aren’t just about a trophy on the shelf. They’re a chance to pause and reflect on the work we do every day with our clients and within our own team. Being recognised externally means our values of integrity, flexibility, and teamwork aren’t just words on a page – they’re being noticed and celebrated by others too.
Awards also shine a spotlight on small businesses in our region, which is something we’re passionate about. We know first-hand how much talent, creativity, and resilience exists in the Humber area, and we’re proud to play a part in that story.
Looking ahead
September and October will be busy months with both awards ceremonies taking place. We’re excited to celebrate with our team, clients, and peers, and whatever the outcome, we’re proud to be finalists alongside so many inspiring businesses.
For us, the real win is in the journey – building a team of HR specialists who work as a true HR department for our clients, creating new frameworks like the Growth HR Model®, and making a difference to SMEs across the region.
