Our next Virtual Directors' Breakfast will focus on the new world of management we find ourselves in, and the challenges of managing a remote team in the midst of the Covid-19 Crisis. This session will be facilitated by Humber HR People and include strategies for:

The psychological contract - what it is and why it matters
How different working styles react to change
Building trust and measuring outcomes from your remote team
It is also an opportunity for a Q&A and to pull on the experiences, knowledge and ideas from other business owners who are navigating their own path through as business continues - but not as normal.
